Sometimes I wet my Plants!
We made it! It is March 2021 and we are still here living our best Covid life. Since our first and our last blog post, we’ve made a few changes at Altered Decor!
We’ve added live plants! We are partnered with great local nurseries for our tropicals, succulents, and cacti. Every plant is hand-picked by KitKat and me and given a little love before we make them available for sale. We continue to provide an array of unique vessels so you can make the perfect plant and pot pairing. Don’t like getting dirty? Pick up one of our pre-potted plants. While our boutique can not handle all the plant babies we would like to stock, you can always email us at info@altered-decor.com for special requests. Sorry, right now our plants are for locals only. We will let you know if that changes.
Interior Styling
That is our fancy way of saying we will shop for you. While the list of locals who want to move into our store keeps growing we decided to offer an alternative. Since you like our style let us shop for you. Don’t shop the web alone! Send us pictures of your space and what you are looking for and we will make recommendations. You never have to worry about quality. Our recommendations are from the brands you see in our boutique and that we live with in our home. All we ask is if you like a recommendation you purchase the item from Altered Decor. Tips are also happily accepted.

Housekeeping
Since it is March already we should probably share the 2021 color of the year. Pantone decided one color was not enough. For 2021 they have named Ultimate Grey & Illuminating as the colors of the year. As noted by Pantone, “A message of happiness supported by fortitude, the combination of PANTONE 17-5104 Ultimate Gray + PANTONE 13-0647 Illuminating is aspirational and gives us hope. We need to feel that everything is going to get brighter – this is essential to the human spirit.”
